Feature deprecation allows Tivian to free up resources for building new and improved features and offering better support to customers.
Key Product Lifecycle Events
The feature deprecation process involves three key events:
- End of Sale: The last date on which a feature or module is available for quoting/selling to customers.
- End of Service: The date after which customer or technical support (bug fixes) will no longer be provided.
